Found by the right people. Not just more people.

Technical, content, and authority — the three things that move search, held to a method and reported on a cadence.

Practice · SEO

Everything the SEO practice includes.

  • Technical

Crawl, index, speed, and structure. The foundations, fixed before anything is written.

  • Content

Briefs written for buyers and the questions they actually type. Published to a plan.

  • Authority

Mentions and links earned from places that already hold the trust. Slowly, and on the record.

  • One practice.
    One standard.
    One team.

    Start the conversation

The three, in full.

  1. 01 · Technical

Whether a machine can read the site.

Everything else in search is downstream of this. If pages cannot be crawled, rendered, or understood, no amount of content or authority will rescue them. We audit against what search engines actually do rather than against a tool’s score, and hand back a fix list in priority order with the engineering effort estimated beside each item.

    • Crawl and index coverage, page by page
    • Rendering checked as a bot sees it, not as a browser does
    • Canonical, redirect and pagination hygiene
    • Structured data that validates, and keeps validating
    • Internal linking that sends authority where revenue is
    • Log-file review where the site is large enough to warrant it
  2. 02 · Content

Whether it answers what people actually type.

Search intent is not a keyword list. We work from the questions buyers ask on the way to a decision, map them to the pages that should answer them, and brief each page so it earns its position instead of padding the site. Pruning is part of the work: thin and competing pages get consolidated or removed.

    • Intent mapped across the whole buying decision
    • One page per question — not five competing for it
    • Briefs written for a reader first
    • Existing pages improved before new ones are added
    • Thin and duplicate pages consolidated or removed
    • A publishing plan a real team can actually hold
  3. 03 · Authority

Whether anyone credible vouches for it.

Authority is the slowest of the three and the only one that cannot be shortcut safely. We earn mentions through work worth citing — original data, reference pages built to be quoted, partnerships, the occasional well-placed opinion — and record every one, so you can always see where it came from.

    • Digital PR pitched on substance, not volume
    • Reference pages built to be cited
    • Partner, supplier and association mentions claimed
    • Entity and brand consistency across the web
    • Every mention recorded, with its source
    • Nothing bought, nothing rented, nothing exchanged

When you hear from us, and what it says.

  1. 01 · Monthly

    What moved.

Coverage, positions, and the pages that gained or lost — with the changes we shipped that month sitting beside them, so cause and effect stay in the same view.

  2. 02 · Quarterly

    What it meant.

A read on direction: what compounded, what stalled, and what we are stopping. Three months is the shortest honest window for a judgement about search.

  3. 03 · In between

    What’s next.

The fix list and the content queue stay visible between reports. You never have to ask what we’re working on, and we never have to pad a report to look busy.

No ranking promises and no traffic forecasts. What you get instead is the method, the fix list, and an honest read on what moved.

How we work this practice.

Technical first. Content second. Authority third. Reported monthly, read quarterly.

Three things move organic search: whether a machine can read the site, whether the content answers what people actually type, and whether anyone credible vouches for it. Technical, content, authority — in that order, because the last two do very little without the first.

We don’t promise rankings or forecast traffic. We show the method, the fix list, and what moved — monthly, in language a partner can act on, and honestly when the honest answer is that a quarter went sideways.

  • Technical audit that reads like a fix list, not a shelf
  • Crawl budget spent on pages that earn revenue
  • Core Web Vitals held to field data, not lab excuses
  • Structured data machines can read
  • On-page aligned to intent, page by page
  • Content briefs written for buyers, not just engines
  • Internal linking that compounds
  • Every mention earned and recorded — nothing bought

The promises we won’t make.

  • We don’t promise rankings.

Position is an outcome we influence, not a lever we hold. Anyone quoting you a position is quoting you a guess with a straight face.

  • We don’t forecast traffic.

A traffic forecast is a spreadsheet with an opinion inside it. We forecast the work instead — what gets fixed, written and earned, and by when.

  • We don’t buy links.

Authority that can be bought can be taken back, usually by an update and usually at the worst moment. Everything we earn is recorded with its source.

  • We don’t hand over a 200-page audit.

An audit nobody can action is a shelf ornament. Ours is a prioritised fix list with the effort estimated beside each line.

Straight answers.

No. Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling something other than search. We guarantee the method — technical, content, authority — done properly and reported plainly.

Technical fixes show in weeks. Content and authority compound over quarters. Anyone promising overnight is selling overnight.
